Brigadier-General James Lambert, CD, Late RCCS was promoted to his present rank on Tuesday, 25 June 2019 by the Chief of Defence Staff before his wife and two daughters after completing his tenure at Director General Cyber. He is posted to CFINTCOM and is appointed Director General Intelligence Enterprise.
