GALLOP, Gary Edmond (Chief Warrant Officer Retired) – of Burton, NB. Following a brief battle with cancer, the passing of Gary Edmond Gallop occurred Sunday the 24th of February 2019. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a loving husband and devoted father and grandfather.

Gary is survived by his wife Nancy, sons Matthew (Amanda) and Michael (Virginia), grandson Zander, and brother Lloyd. He was predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Jean (née Sherman) Gallop.

Gary’s passions included his time in the reserves as a member of the Royal Canadian Corps. of Signals, the countless hours spent as a Scout Leader with both 1^st Oromocto and 14^th Fredericton Scout Organizations, and more recently learning to run the farm for a more self-sustaining future.

At the request of the family there will be no service, however a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. For those who wish, donations in Gary’s name may be made to your local SPCA or a charity of the donor’s choice.
