Proud Korean Veteran retired Signal Corps (1951 – 1964)

With profound sadness, the family and stepfamily of Charles Douglas Foo announce his passing on September 30, 2015. Born in Halifax, NS in 1935 to the late Scerena and Charles Foo. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend Carole; children Mike, Madalin and Wendy; stepchildren Glenn, Kenneth and Christopher; four grandchildren and eight step-grandchildren; sisters Jean Damiano, Anna Mae Ceasare and Karen (Gaston) Denis, plus many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. As per Doug’s wishes, there was no visitation but there will be a Graveside Service at Notre Dame Cemetery on October 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
