CHARLTON, Theresa (nee Ryan) Retired Chief Warrant Officer, Teletype and Cypher Technician, Signals Branch, passed away peacefully, on Monday, April 25, 2016, age 55. Beloved wife and best friend to Mark Charlton. She will be greatly missed by her brothers, Brendan and Michael, sisters, Rosemary, Imelda and Debbie. As well as her nieces and nephews, Stephen, Jennifer, Douglas, Marie, Sara, Heather and Mathew, brothers-in-law, Arthur, Jerry and Danial. Sister-in-law, Betty. Family and friends are invited to visit the Brown Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 805 Prescott Street, Kemptville, on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. for a Memorial Service for Theresa.
