Director Signals has permitted all members of the Corps to the wear the RCCS Belt Buckle as an optional item with their DEU (Order #1 – Ceremonial and #3 – Service Dress) effective immediately.  Belt Buckles are available for sale at the Mercury Kit Shop.  The new RCCS buckle sports the approved collar pin (crossed semaphore flags) affixed to a solid brass backing.
