The project to Preserve our C&E Memorials was initiated in 2003 by the C&E Branch as a Centennial Anniversary Project. Initially supported by The Signallers Club of Canada, the work was assumed by the then C&E Heritage & Museum Committee in 2015 and in 2019 came under the auspices of the C&E Association. Lieutenant-Colonel (Ret) Tony Charters has lead it from the start and now advises and reports to the C&E Association Board of Directors. However, having reached a certain age, Tony is looking for his replacement. Following are the latest particulars of the project and the Lead’s activities.
