Heritage Legends honours those members of the RCCS and the C&E Branch – serving, retired and deceased – whose vision, sense of duty, leadership and commitment made them, and by inference their profession, an example for future generations to emulate. We honour them on this page by telling their story and trust that their efforts and accomplishments will serve as inspiration for future communicators. VVV
