It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather Lance. Lance passed away peacefully and gracefully at the age of 86. Lance was predeceased by his wonderful wife, Joan. He is survived by his brothers, Jack (Elvie) and Don (Nancy), his daughter, Terry (Tim) and son, Jeff (Jocelyn). Beloved Bompa to Jennifer (Andrew), Jeff (Kristie), Edward (Sietske), great-grandchildren Callum (Hailey), Cameron, Audrey and Lukas.

To all who knew him, Lance was a “Big Personality”. His penchant for a good time was infectious. He was unforgettable. While he took great pride in his work and his 36 years of service in the military, his unwavering love and dedication to family will be his greatest legacy.

A memorial service will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 11:00 am. Reception to follow.
