Dear C&E Association Members, Below is a link to a document provided through the CDA Institute. The document – a Dorchester Review Special Edition – is a professional debate among a number of individuals (academics and former military officers) discussing the benefits of military officer education. Its title is ‘Are Canada’s Military Officers Smart Enough – A Debate’. Some of the material is quite provocative and perhaps even controversial. Perhaps the document is worthy of a future professional development discussion among our members. I hope some of our members might find it a good read. DORCHESTER Military Education
