C&E Week will be held in Kingston, Ontario, and span Monday, 23 October to Saturday, 28 October 2023. The various events shall be hybrid, with in-person and remote attendance drawn from across Canada. This year will have an emphasis on working groups to solve, or at least investigate solutions for, outstanding issues impacting the Branch and CAF alike such as like recruitment, retention, advances in training, and the deploy ability of Branch members in the modern battlespace. It will also continue annual events such as the Major Bruce Carruthers Gravesite Ceremony (24 October 2023), Events with Veterans, and the Professional Development (PD) Seminar. Concurrent to C&E Week will be affiliate events like: Environmental Conferences, and Exercise NOBLE SKYWAVE.
