On the 16th of July and in the presence of family, David Evans passed away.

Dave was born on March 1st 1949 in London England to parents John and Margaret Evans. Following his father’s footsteps, Captain David Evans proudly served with the Canadian Military for 34 years.

He is survived by his two daughters Kristen Stewart and Kerri Evans to whom he was an outstanding father and friend. He is also survived by his grandson Ewen David Stewart, son-in-law Craig Stewart, brother John Evans, aunt Freda Evans, and friends Beverly & Andy Anderson and Mark Middleton.

At his request we will be holding a casual Celebration of Life at Broadway’s Restaurant on Portobello Boulevard in Orleans on July 26th from 3-6pm. All are welcome.

In lieu of flowers we ask that you please donate to Hospice Care Ottawa, May Court Hospice. We are forever grateful for all of the comfort and kindness they provided for him.
