Colonel Don Pruner, OMM, CD, RCSigs/C&E Branch

On 10 January our Branch and Corps lost a valued member with the passing of Col Don Pruner after a brief bout with leukemia.

Col Don was a veteran of WWII, and Korea. He was one of the architects at the creation of the integrated Communications & Electronics Branch based on the former RC Sigs, and telecommunications components of RCEME, RCN, and RCAF that were the founding elements of the new Branch. Our first Branch Advisor, he maintained his interest and support of our C&E Family till his passing. This gentleman’s knowledge, experience and good humour will be missed by all. RIP.
