Harold Edmund Keough, Sgt (Ret’d)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Harold Edmund Keough at the age of 55 years old after succumbing to illness at the South Health Campus in Calgary, Alberta. He passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on Saturday, January 28th, 2023.

Harold is survived by his Mother, Marguerite and predeceased by his father Charles. Leaving behind to mourn is his fiancé Debbie; his two daughters Brittany (Matt) and Nikola; Grandmother Frances Bennett (Fanny); siblings Darren (Jodie), Kelli (Lance), Gillian (Sid), and extended family and friends. In recent years, Harold’s family grew to include Mother in law (Marjorie), stepdaughter Celeste (Micheal); stepson Brady; sister in laws Cathy and Paula (Colin) and his greatest joy, his grandson, Bentley “Little Big Man”.

Harold proudly served with the Canadian Air Force for 33 years; his patriotism extended from his professional into his personal life before retiring to enjoy golfing, salmon fishing, traveling, and attending as many sporting events as possible. His kindness, laughter, sense of humour and wit will be forever missed.

Family will be receiving family and friends on Friday February 3rd, 2023, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, at the Roman Catholic Church in Parsons Pond, NL.

The Funeral Services will be held in St. Peter’s Anglican Church at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 4th, 2023, in Parsons Pond, NL, with Rev Terry Rose officiating with the burial to follow at the Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in Parsons Pond, NL.
