It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Luc Bouchard on 4 December 2023, after a long and courageous fight. Luc is survived by his loving wife, Janice, and their two sons, Emile, and Charles.

Luc was a trusted and valued employee of the CFEWC. He has had an impressive career in the service of Canada over four decades, half of which were in uniform with the Comms Research trade.

Luc’s humour, passion, and dedication will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and colleagues.

The celebration of life for Luc will occur on 13 January at 14h00 at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L’OUTAOUAIS, located at 750, boulevard Maloney Est, Gatineau.

Luc’s family will receive condolences starting at 13h00. You will be able to watch the ceremony live or in replay via the https://commemora.tv/fr/diffusions/83059; In the event of a technical problem during the live stream, a replay will be possible at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
