Death of MGen (Ret) P.E.Woods, CMM CD (1938-2022)

It is with sadness that we salute the passing of a retired CELE officer, a distinguished engineer who served his country for 37 years. His service in many positions in Canada and significant contributions to NATO brought credit to himself, the Branch and the CAF.
