Warrant Officer (Ret’d) Paul Hartley Francis, CD

– age 84, of Wolfville, passed away on Sunday, 14 February 2021 in the Wolfville Nursing Home. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Ivan and Mary (Peake) Francis. Paul was a retired Communications technician with the Canadian Armed Forces with 37 years of service to Canada, both at home and abroad. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joan (Dunne), Wolfville; sons, Paul M. (Tracey) Francis, Milton, Ont.; David Francis (Angella Goodon), Kelowna, BC and brother, Brian (Patricia) Francis, Dartmouth, NS. He was predeceased by sisters, Carol Ann (in infancy), Joan Francis and brother, Clement Francis.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service, by request. A burial will be held in Newfoundland at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Parkinson Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
