On Thursday, 16 May 2024, during an Aerospace and Telecommunications Engineering Support Squadron (ATESS) event to assist the NAFMC with a Spring clean-up effort in preparation for the Quite International Air Show (29 – 30 June 2024), the ATESS mascot, Sgt Servo 2.0 was awarded their CD3 after over 42 years of loyal service to the CAF. In the photograph, the robot of the hour, Sgt Servo 2.0 receives its CD3 ribbon presented by ATESS CO, LCol Barry Tang; SCWO, CWO Todd Simser and presided over by ATESS HCol, Mark Phillips.
