The project to preserve our C&E Memorials was initiated in 2003 by the C&E Branch as a Centennial Anniversary Project. Initially supported by the Signals Club of Canada, the work was assumed by the then C&E Heritage & Museum Committee in 2015 and in 2019 came under the auspice of the C&E Association. Tony Charters has lead it from the start and now advises and reports to the C&E Association Board of Directors. However, having reached a certain age, Tony is looking for his replacement. Following are the particulars of the project and the lead’s activities.
