We bid farewell to our current Director General Information Capabilities Force Development (DGICFD) BGen P.C. Sabourin and welcome our new DGICFD, Col W.S.F. Norquay during the Change of Appointment Ceremony on Monday, June 12, 2023.

After joining DGICFD as the Director General Information Management Operations (DGIMO) back in 15 July 2020, and having served DGICFD with integrity and passion for Information Capabilities over the last three years, it was with heavy hearts that we announced BGen P.C. Sabourin left the CIO Group. His support, hard work, dedication, and outstanding positive energy will be missed by all within the group. We are honoured to have the opportunity to share the Change of Director General Ceremony with you all to mark the end of BGen Sabourin’s time within DGICFD and to welcome our new DGICFD, Col W.S.F Norquay.
