Attached is the communiqué to update the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals (RCCS) on the status of the transition of the Non-Commissioned Member (NCM) Army Communications and Information Systems Specialist (ACISS) to Signal Operator (Sig Op), Line Technician (Line Tech), and Signal Technician (Sig Tech) occupations, specifically with regards to fundamental and foundational occupational training implications.
