Leadership and ARes WG

WGs on cyber in ARes and will give first backbrief

ARes Sig Regts do not have an approved TO & E. This WG will deal primarily with the “E”.  We all know that “one shoe fits all” does not work for our units due to the various requirements of our respective CBGs and the role geography has to play in the vehs and eqpt we all need.  The end state of this WG will be a general TO&E that you all take back to your units and add the additional vehs and eqpt you need.  We will have an “E” to start with and we will have DLFD representation to guide the way.

We need to submit PLAR to get sure our A/L Sgts.  Our Div reps have been working with CTC to develop a very detailed template that all units can use.  The goal of this template is for you to simply add the name of your A/L Sgts, exercises and/or operations they participated in etc etc with all the justification already included based on the requirement of the specific QSTP POs.  You will be briefed on the “80 percent template solution” and the WG will finalise the template at which point it will be sent to your units to complete.  When you get the final template, completion and submission of your required PLARs should not take any more than one hour of your time;
