Description
The Subalterns’ & Sergeants’ Indoctrination Programme for 2023 will expose our NCMs and junior officers (MCpl/Sgt and 2Lt/Lt) to a range of trending C&E related topics. The course shall immerse the students into Branch / Corps history, define the roles & responsibilities of our Branch Leadership, and impart lessons pertaining to protocol, heritage, and customs. Second, the course will focus on technological advancements, cyber electromagnetic activities, and future initiatives within the RCAF. The course will have VIP keynote speakers from several organizations in DND/CAF to afford the opportunity to junior Branch members to hear for the current senior leadership within the C&E Branch. This will be conducted in person at the Vimy Officers Mess and streamed live online via MS Teams.
