OP PRESENCE ROTO 0 – MALI – TASK FORCE COMMANDER’S COMMENDATION: Awarded to MCpl Stephenson for his leadership and technical expertise in establishing National Rear Link and maintenance of communications systems during the activation of the Interim Operational Support Hub (IOSH) Dakar between 02 June – 31 August 2018, MCpl Stephenson is awarded the Task Force Commander’s Commendation.
