1. AFTER 38 YEARS OF SERVICE, CAPTAIN GHISLAIN MOREAU WILL BE RETIRING ON 29 AUGUST 2022.
2. CAPT MOREAU ENROLLED IN THE CAF ON 15 JAN 1982 IN SEPT-ILES, QUEBEC. THROUGHOUT HIS CAREER, CAPT MOREAU HAS BEEN POSTED TO VACLARTIER, KINGSTON, MONTREAL AND OTTAWA. HE HAS ALSO BEEN DEPLOYED TO AFGHANISTAN. HE HAS WORKED AT THE TACTICAL LEVEL TO THE STRATIGIC LEVEL WITHIN THE CAF. CAPT MOREAU HAD WORKED HIS WAY TO THE RANK OF CWO AND COMMISSIONED IN 2018 TO HIS PRESENT RANK.
3. CAPT MOREAU WILL RETIRE IN MESSINES, QC AND ENJOY TIME FISHING, HUNTING AND TRAPPING.
4. CAPT MOREAU WILL NOT BE HOLDING A DEPART WITH DIGNITY CEREMONEY AND WILL ENJOY HIS RETIREMENT WITH HIS FAMILY 5. MESSAGES OF GRATITUDE CAN BE SENT TO [email protected]
