1. LIEUTENANT-COLONEL GUILLAUME CORRIVEAU WILL BE RELEASING FROM THE CANADIAN ARMED FORCES ON FEBRUARY 10TH 2020 AFTER 22 PLUS YEARS OF LOYAL AND DEDICATED SERVICE.

2. LCOL CORRIVEAU JOINED THE CAF IN 1997 AND GRADUATED IN 2002 FROM THE ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGE OF CANADA. HIS FIRST SIGNALS POST WAS IN 2003 AS OFFICER COMMANDING CHARLIE TROOP IN 1 CANADIAN MECHANIZED BRIGADE GROUP HEADQUARTERS AND SIGNAL SQUADRON IN EDMONTON. HIS SUBSEQUENT POSTS WERE AS REGIMENTAL SIGNAL OFFICER FOR 1 COMBAT ENGINEER REGIMENT, DEPUTY J6 PLANS AT CEFCOM, ARMY G6 PLANS, OFFICER COMMANDING BRAVO SQUADRON AND DEPUTY COMMANDING OFFICER AT CFNOC, AND WITHIN CFIOG HQ AND D CYBER OPS FD.

3. LCOL CORRIVEAU SERVED OVERSEAS ON TWO OCCASIONS: IN 2006 AS THE TASK FORCE AFGHANISTAN NATIONAL COMMAND ELEMENT J6 PLANS AND IN 2010 AS THE LEAD FOR A FOUR MONTH TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE VISIT TO TFA FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HIGH ASSURANCE GUARDS BETWEEN NATIONAL AND COALITION NETWORKS.

4. THE CORRIVEAU FAMILY WILL REMAIN IN OTTAWA WHERE GUILLAUME HAS ACCEPTED PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT WITHIN ADM(IM).

5. A DEPART WITH DIGNITY FUNCTION WILL BE HELD IN LIEUTENANT-COLONEL CORRIVEAU’S HONOUR AT BISTRO ÉPICURE (80 PROMENADE DU PORTAGE, HULL, WWW.BISTROEPICURE.CA) AT 1230 HRS ON 7 FEBRUARY 2020.
