FINALLY, AFTER AVOIDING IT FOR SO MANY YEARS, CAL FOUND HIMSELF AT CFSCE WHERE HE WAS APPOINTED AS THE SP SQN SGT-MAJ. HE ALSO LEARNED THE ART OF LEADERSHIP FROM BOTH GOOD AND BAD INDIVIDUALS.  TO THE LEADERS: REMEMBER YOUR SOLDIERS ARE YOUR MOST IMPORTANT RESOURCE AND DESERVE YOUR RESPECT, LOYALTY, COMMITMENT, AND HARD WORK.  THE CURRENT STATE OF THE CORPS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF: PEOPLE QUIT BOSSES NOT JOBS, SO FOCUS ON YOUR SOLDIERS.
