Dear C&E Association Members, Below is a link to the latest C&E Association Newsbrief that I have retitled The Despatch. This communication was sent out to our registered members who now sit at 1396. I would ask that anyone who has not already registered as a member to please do so. We want to ensue that our membership reflects all of our C&E community…serving – regular and reserve, our retired veterans and our industry partners. I do apologize if the file did not transfer well into pdf form but I will work on it with our webmaster volunteers. One item I did not mention in The Despatch. We are currently working with a professional web designer who is completely redesigning our website. You will see significant changes to the website – hopefully set for launch on 1 April.
