The theme of the second Speaker Series will focus on the stories and experiences of our veterans. Several brief lectures shall highlight the heroes of the Holland Campaign.
The first iteration of the Speaker Series – dated Wednesday, 18 September 2019 – can be viewed below. The event covered a historical overview of the Netherlands Campaign, a biography of Private Russell Thompson (a signalman with the Canadian Army’s 5th Division), and an overview of the Battlefield Study Tour itself.
